Notice of Open Solicitation - Notice announcing the Open Solicitation process for the SunZia Southwest Transmission project, providing high level information on the Project, Open Solicitation process, and other important information.
Expression of Interest - Form for interested parties to complete and submit in order to be considered for bi-lateral negotiations for capacity on the Project. Must be submitted by December 17, 2021 to be considered.
Information Memo - Document providing important details including a project overview, Open Solicitation process overview, and value proposition for the Project. Available only to parties who sign the Confidentiality Agreement.
FAQ - Document compiling questions and answers from interested parties during the Open Solicitation process. Document will be regularly updated.
Precedent Agreement - Binding agreement that selected Anchor Tenant(s) must enter into for Transmission Service.
